Refund policy
At BigRollerDice.com, we are happy to refund any product(s) within 30 days from when the product was purchased & delivered.
Returned Product(s) must be:
1) Unused and in the same condition that the buyer received it in for the purchased product to be eligible for a return
2) Must be in the original packing where applicable
3) Have proof of purchase is mandatory. Please state the order number and the billing address
4) All returned product(s) must be sent to BigRollerDice's registered business address in Toronto,Canada
Return Exclusion Product(s) includes:
- Gift Vouchers
- Gift Cards
- Products with obvious signs of use or products that have been personalized
- Damage product(s) or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault
- Products that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Products that were ordered from a multi-buy promotion unless all product(s) are returned. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or damaged.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving the returned product(s), our company will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned product(s). Inspection process will begin and we will notify the buyer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If all the conditions/terms listed above is met and the refund is approved then the refund process will begin. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges
If the purchased product is damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange that product for a new one with the same product number. Please contact our Customer Support Team via email to Bigrollerdice@gmail.com and our team will be able to assist you. Please send the damaged or defective product(s) back to bigrollerdice's company address in Toronto, Canada.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Sale items may be refunded at the price the buyer paid for when the product is purchased. Please note that we do not do price adjustment for product(s) that is one sale but purchased at regular price.
Other Returns
Our company quality check all items before it is shipped, however if your purchased product(s) arrived damaged or a mistake was made on your order, please feel free to contact our Customer Support Team at Bigrollerdice@gmail.com. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Stolen Goods
Our company is only responsible for the delivery of the product(s) to the location that the buyer provided us during the purchase. Once we have confirmed that the purchased product(s) have been delivered to the correct address, all liability will be upon the buyer to make sure that the purchased product(s) remains safe from potential criminal activities. Therefore, BigRollerDice is not liable for any items stolen after a delivery has been made.
